Client Solutions Manager – Auto/Travel (NYC)

About the role

The Client Solutions Manager will join TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team in New York City, working with major automotive and travel brands to drive advertising performance on the platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping media strategies that span brand awareness to direct response, and ensuring clients achieve measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day communications.
• Design and execute full‑funnel media plans that align TikTok’s ad products with client objectives.
• Educate clients on platform updates, best practices, and new product features to maximize campaign success.
• Analyze campaign data, surface optimization opportunities, and present performance insights and upsell recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, and operations—to resolve issues and deliver on long‑term account plans.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews that showcase results through data‑driven storytelling.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in client solutions, account management, digital advertising, AdTech, or a related field.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage advertiser relationships.
• Experience with performance‑driven (programmatic or social) advertising and auction‑based platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with measurement frameworks, attribution models, and technical troubleshooting alongside product and engineering teams.
