About the role
Join TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team in New York City as a Client Solutions Manager focused on the Auto and Travel sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor for top‑tier brands, helping them leverage TikTok’s advertising ecosystem to achieve measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key advertisers, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Design and execute full‑funnel media strategies that align with client objectives, from brand awareness to performance.
- Educate clients on TikTok product updates, best practices, and platform capabilities.
- Analyze campaign performance data, surface optimization opportunities, and drive upsell initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Product, Engineering, and Operations—to deliver long‑term account plans and resolve technical issues.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in client solutions, account management, digital advertising, or AdTech.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Track record of revenue growth and managing advertiser relationships.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Google Data Studio for reporting and analysis.
