Client Services Manager – Assistive Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Client Services Manager for its Toms River Assistive Care office. You will be the central point for client experience, coordinating services, building relationships, and supporting field caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a caseload of clients receiving assistive care services.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, referral sources, and community partners.
• Coordinate client schedules to ensure continuity and satisfaction.
• Recruit, onboard, and support field employees in partnership with the office team.
• Match clients and caregivers based on needs, availability, and skills.
• Respond promptly to service concerns and staffing challenges.
• Provide administrative supervision and ongoing support to field staff.
• Monitor caseload performance, staffing, and key office metrics.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in customer service, healthcare, home care, scheduling, staffing, or case management.
• Strong communication, organization, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources.
• Comfort using computers and learning scheduling, documentation, email, and reporting systems.
• Sound judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to keeping commitments.
• Genuine passion for helping people live safely at home with dignity.
