Client Services Coordinator

About the role

The Client Services Coordinator supports the Client Services team by maintaining accurate and timely order status information for CII customers. This role manages open order reports, coordinates with internal departments, and provides administrative support for customer requests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely open order reports for assigned customers.
• Review open purchase order lines and obtain current status information from internal departments.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, engineering and other departments to determine order status and anticipated completion dates.
• Update reports with expected completion dates, delay information, and relevant notes.
• Support Account Managers with order status information for customer communications.
• Prepare and provide reports requested by Account Managers and Client Services staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, order coordination, administrative support, or manufacturing.
• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel).
• Accurate data entry and ability to navigate complex databases.
