Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between Custom Interface Inc. and its customers, ensuring strong relationships and smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain positive client relationships through phone, email, and in‑person communication.
• Generate, deliver, and negotiate quotes and proposals while coordinating with production, engineering, and vendors.
• Communicate client requirements and status updates internally and externally.
• Identify sales opportunities with existing clients and proactively pursue them.
• Monitor client satisfaction, mitigate project risks, and report quarterly on sales effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of business client support, account management, or sales experience.
• Prior project management and production environment experience preferred.
• Excellent written, oral, and active‑listening communication skills.
• Strong time‑management ability and capacity to handle multiple fast‑paced projects.

Required skills

• High proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel).
• Ability to navigate complex databases for reporting and data extraction.
• Understanding of financial, quoting, and forecasting principles.
• Capability to interpret engineering drawings.
