Client Service Coordinator

About the role

The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) supports global Account Managers by ensuring seamless execution of branded merchandise programs across multiple markets. This role requires strong coordination, organization, and communication skills to manage product sourcing, quoting, order processing, and delivery tracking for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with global Account Managers to source, price, and present merchandise options, and prepare sales proposals and quotations.
• Process and track global orders from request to delivery, negotiate with vendors, and monitor shipments to address delays.
• Maintain order status reports, sales records, and inventory tracking; analyze trends using Excel.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and proactively troubleshoot risks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or purchasing, preferably in BPO, e‑commerce, retail, or merchandising.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
