Associate Territory Manager – Interventional Urology

About the role

The Associate Territory Manager will drive sales of Coloplast’s implantable and single‑use surgical devices within the urology market. You will build relationships with key decision makers, provide clinical support, and grow market share in the Indianapolis territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve territory sales objectives, including account penetration and growth.
• Conduct clinical consultations, present value propositions, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, manage forecasting, inventory, and expense reporting.
• Interact with healthcare professionals in operating rooms, adhering to all compliance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in urology or implantable devices.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 30‑50% overnight.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with high initiative and results orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems for sales management.
