Client Management Intern (Summer 2027)

About the role

Marsh Agency offers a Client Management Internship for Summer 2027, with applications accepted through January 1, 2026. The program gives students real-world business, risk management and insurance experience, applying classroom concepts through projects and client interaction. Interns work directly with the client management teams, learning the basics of the service program while supporting actual clients.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with client management teams and support the actual clients
• Complete assignments and build a network with the manager, mentor and other interns
• Attend national webinars that introduce the industry and the organization
• Meet with industry partners to grow professional connections

Required profile

• Commitment to developing a career in client management
• Strong interest in the insurance industry
• Undergraduate student who will be a rising senior (4th year) in summer 2027
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. permanently and without sponsorship
• Post-graduate plans within the Mid-Atlantic region; attendance throughout the program is required
