Client Executive - Select Accounts

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Client Executive for its Select Accounts team in Golden Valley, Colorado. You will work directly with the Client Director and Client Specialist and serve and retain an existing commercial book of business. The role combines daily servicing tasks with delegation to team members and supports the marketing and placement of new and renewal commercial accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Servicing and retaining an existing commercial book of business
• Managing workload by handling daily servicing tasks and delegating to team members
• Supporting the marketing and placement of new and renewal commercial accounts with specific teams
• Demonstrating team leadership

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience
• Knowledge of commercial insurance industry laws, products, coverages and markets
• Knowledge of insurance company working relationships, binding authority, procedures and underwriting guidelines
• Property and Casualty license required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate with underwriters
• Self-starter, problem solver with good time management and organization

A college degree, CIC, CRM, ARM or equivalent is preferred but not required.
