Client Executive - Business Insurance National Accounts

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Client Executive for its Business Insurance National Accounts team. You will work directly with the Client Director and Client Specialist and service and retain an existing commercial book of business. The role is based in Golden Valley, Colorado.

Key responsibilities

• Servicing and retaining an existing commercial book of business, managing daily servicing tasks and delegating them to team members
• Supporting the marketing and placement of new and renewal commercial accounts with specific teams
• Demonstrating team leadership

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience
• Knowledge of commercial insurance industry laws, products, coverages and markets
• Knowledge of insurance company working relationships, binding authority, procedures and underwriting guidelines
• Property and Casualty license required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate with underwriters
• Self-starter with good time management and organizational skills

A college degree, CIC, CRM, ARM or equivalent is preferred but not required.
