Client Coordinator - Business Insurance

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and private client insurance solutions. As a Client Coordinator on the Business Insurance team, you will assist the client service team members in the billing and processing of new and renewal clients, handling a variety of daily servicing tasks for a designated team or book of business. Working independently and in a team is critical.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• 1+ years of experience working in customer service.
• Detailed, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work under pressure and multi-task.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Prior commercial insurance experience, property/casualty license and a college degree are a plus but not required.
