About the role

The Civil Field Manager will lead construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and safely. This role combines hands‑on field work with strategic planning and team coordination.

Key responsibilities

Review project plans and proposals, develop schedules, and manage budgets.
Direct and supervise superintendents, subcontractors, and all on‑site personnel.
Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company safety policies.
Update weekly and monthly project schedules and provide field assistance as needed.
Coordinate and attend meetings with project owners and stakeholders.

Required profile

Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including civil field management.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Proven ability to lead teams, set objectives, and provide constructive feedback.
Strong understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations.
