About the role

ServiceMaster Restoration by Bond is seeking an experienced Crew Chief to lead our Fire and Water Mitigation division. You will oversee restoration projects, ensuring high‑quality service for clients recovering from property damage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crew members on fire, smoke, water, and construction‑related restoration projects.
• Assess damage, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Maintain equipment, manage inventory, and oversee daily site operations.
• Communicate progress and findings to clients and management.

Required profile

• Professional, courteous attitude with strong teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management and dependable attendance.
• 2+ years of water mitigation experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
