About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to support a variety of community building initiatives. The position offers a $60,000 annual salary, full‑time schedule Monday‑Friday with various shifts, and a week of vacation after 90 days of employment. Required profile
- Construction background preferred
- Ability to use office suite
- Some travel possible (mandatory for project management)
- Adaptable and flexible
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb and navigate uneven job sites
- Valid driver’s license
Required skills
- Familiarity with change orders
- Experience handling RFIs
- Preparation of submittals
- Management of construction schedules
- AIA billing knowledge
- Budgeting experience
