Chief of Staff – Strategic Partner to the CEO

About the role

We are an innovative, high‑growth technology company seeking a proactive Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This highly visible position blends strategy and execution, driving high‑impact initiatives that shape the next phase of our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO to lead strategic initiatives that improve organizational growth and operational excellence.
• Manage cross‑functional projects across product, engineering, operations, marketing, finance, compliance, and customer experience.
• Identify, negotiate, and develop strategic partnerships aligned with long‑term business objectives.
• Prepare executive presentations, board materials, investor communications, and company‑wide messaging.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to provide performance visibility.
• Create operating rhythms that enhance accountability, communication, and execution across leadership teams.
• Detect operational challenges early and lead efficiency‑scaling initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 + years experience in a high‑growth startup, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or similar fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional project‑management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, especially for executive‑level materials.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success building scalable processes and operational frameworks.
• Willingness to travel as business needs require.
