Chief Executive Officer (US Market Expansion)

About the role

The client is a well‑established international organization seeking a visionary CEO to launch and grow its US operations. Reporting directly to the Board, you will shape the market‑entry strategy, build a high‑performing leadership team, and position the business as a leader in construction, real estate, and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive US market‑entry and expansion plan.
• Recruit, develop, and lead an executive leadership team.
• Secure strategic client relationships across construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market‑share expansion.
• Establish operational frameworks, governance structures, and scalable processes.
• Represent the organization with clients, industry bodies, government agencies, and partners.
• Collaborate with the Board on long‑term objectives and investment priorities.
• Assess acquisition, partnership, joint‑venture, and organic growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, financial, and operational requirements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate, or professional services.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale business units or enterprises with significant P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success driving growth, market expansion, and profitability.
