Channel Lead

About the role

Reducto is building its channel partner program from scratch and needs a Channel Lead to define the structure, recruit the first partners, and turn inbound interest into a repeatable revenue source.

Key responsibilities

• Design the foundational channel program, including partner tiers, deal registration, and agreement templates.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard reseller, implementation, and systems‑integrator partners that match Reducto’s product and customer base.
• Negotiate and finalize partner agreements in coordination with legal and finance.
• Develop partner enablement materials such as pitch decks, technical training, and certification programs.
• Own partner‑sourced pipeline and revenue targets, building reporting and regular business reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience building a channel program from the ground up, not just managing an existing one.
• Track record of generating pipeline and closed revenue through resellers or systems integrators.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with partner executives and delivery teams.
• Comfortable both designing strategy and executing early‑stage operational tasks.

Required skills

• Experience structuring partner tiers, deal registration processes, and commercial rules of engagement.
• Negotiation skills for partner agreements.
• Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) tools.
