Home Genius Exteriors is seeking motivated sales professionals to join a two‑quarter Sales Manager in Training program, designed to develop top‑performing leaders in the home improvement sector.

Key responsibilities

• Master and execute the proven in‑home sales process for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Achieve key performance benchmarks and drive revenue growth.
• Mentor and coach new sales representatives, lead trainings, team huddles, and ride‑alongs.
• Foster accountability, culture, and results while helping develop future top performers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry.
• Proven track record selling high‑ticket products or services.
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated leadership potential.
• Competitive mindset and desire to build a high‑performing team.
