Change Management Consultant – GPOS Lead (Hybrid, San Francisco)

About the role

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to lead the Global Point of Sale (GPOS) transformation program. Based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model, you will help senior leaders drive cultural change and improve performance across all brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the GPOS change initiative, overseeing hardware and software replacement across the enterprise.
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments and present findings to project teams and senior leadership.
• Develop and recommend change plans that address organizational development, behavioral, and change management issues.
• Advise leadership on change strategies and ensure successful rollout of new POS systems.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and manage stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a change management practitioner, preferably with enterprise‑level initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale change programs and deliver sustainable performance improvements.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate readiness assessments and synthesize findings.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leaders and guide teams.
