CF Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP)

About the role

The SPEAK Center for Language and Learning is seeking a dedicated CF‑Speech‑Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in children with developmental disabilities, primarily through home‑health and clinic‑based services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and educators for coordinated care.
• Educate families on strategies to promote communication in everyday settings.
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology and valid AZ licensure.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid/Article 9 training, and professional liability insurance.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self‑motivated, compassionate, and able to work independently or in a multidisciplinary team.
