About the role

The CNA Residential provides direct patient care and support to individuals at the Homestead, a residential behavioral health treatment setting. This role assists with daily activities, monitors patient well‑being, and supports a safe and structured treatment environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and meals.
Monitor and document patient behavior, reporting concerns to nursing and clinical staff.
Support patients in adhering to their treatment plans.
Assist with medication administration under nursing supervision.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient areas.
Participate in crisis intervention and de‑escalation when needed.

Required profile

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the relevant state.
Minimum of 1 year experience in behavioral health or residential care preferred.
BLS/CPR certification required.
If in recovery, a minimum of 2 years sobriety is required.
Willingness to work a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
