Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) – Flexible Scheduling

About the role

BAYADA is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to provide one‑on‑one care for clients in their homes across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem Counties. Training is available for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and personal hygiene
• Prepare meals, feed clients and provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, bed making and other household tasks
• Help with ambulation, transfers, range‑of‑motion exercises and vital sign checks
• Offer companionship, emotional support and promote client independence

Required profile

• Compassionate, patient, dependable and respectful
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes and work independently
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish speakers welcome

Required skills

• Basic caregiving skills such as personal care and mobility assistance
• Ability to follow a written plan of care under RN direction
