Centralized Scheduling Coordinator

About the role

Recover Together, an outpatient addiction medicine provider, is seeking a Centralized Scheduling Coordinator to manage staff scheduling and ensure rapid access to care for members. This remote, full‑time position supports group therapy sessions and overall service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Track daily staff productivity and forecast schedules to align staffing with member needs, especially group therapy sessions.
• Resolve staffing gaps, manage call‑offs, sick leave and PTO, and arrange back‑fill coverage.
• Monitor scheduling emails, communicate changes to impacted departments, and coordinate with the Centralized Scheduling Manager in real time.
• Review staffing forecasts and coverage plans for accuracy and target achievement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3‑5 years of relevant scheduling experience.
• Experience managing scheduling for a large‑scale organization.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload) and strong Wi‑Fi signal.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with scheduling software/tools.
• Efficient knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
