Category Manager – Food & Beverage (TikTok Shop)

About the role

Join TikTok Shop’s fast‑growing US commerce team as a Category Manager focused on Food & Beverage. You will help scale enterprise partners, drive topline revenue, and shape the future of content‑driven shopping on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth.
• Identify innovative collaborative models that align with merchants’ short‑term and long‑term plans.
• Invest platform resources efficiently to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve key business growth challenges.
• Provide consultative guidance on content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partnerships, merchandising, and logistics.
• Keep active sellers informed about TikTok Shop product updates and promotional opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in e‑commerce business.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial targets.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change.
• Preferred experience in brand‑led categories such as Food & Beverage, Beauty, or CPG.
• Familiarity with TikTok or other content platforms and content‑based e‑commerce is a plus.
• Existing connections with brands and distributors are advantageous.
