About the role

Join Controlled Environment Systems as a Level 3 Traveling Carpenter, building high‑tech cleanrooms, labs, and modular spaces for Fortune 500 clients across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute modular wall and ceiling installations in advanced facilities.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to deliver precise, flawless builds.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure project success.
• Mentor junior carpenters while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Travel nationwide (75‑100% of the time) with all travel expenses covered.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial carpentry experience; cleanroom or modular experience is a strong plus.
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑driven, able to work independently or lead a crew.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay on site as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools, laser levels, and lift equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred) and lift equipment certifications (preferred).
