Carpenter – Furniture Build & Repair (Level 3)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Level 3 Carpenter to join its Dallas workshop. You will use advanced woodworking skills to build new furniture pieces and repair existing items, working on a regular Monday‑Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to interpret job orders, sketches, and drawings for furniture projects.
• Estimate material, tool, and equipment needs for each assignment.
• Operate essential woodworking equipment, including table saw, planer, joiner, drill, and nail gun.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by properly storing tools, cleaning equipment, and removing debris.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture construction or repair.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and work in various postures (squat, stretch, bend).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to read and produce accurate sketches and measurements.

What we offer

• Hourly wage ranging from $25 to $30.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 am – 3:30 pm.
