Caregivers for Days & Weekends

About the role

BAYADA is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide home health aide services on weekends and days for clients in Richland and Lexington County. You will support adults with daily living activities while receiving training and flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Assist with household tasks including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and support range‑of‑motion exercises.
• Help with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Give medication reminders and perform vital sign checks.

Required profile

• At least one year of work experience in caregiving or related field.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Commitment to present, quality care and reliability.
