Caregiver/HHA – $26/hr with mileage

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. You will provide one‑on‑one, in‑home support to clients, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support activities of daily living, including meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and medication reminders.
• Assist with range‑of‑motion exercises and offer companionship.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed.

Required profile

• At least one year of professional home‑health or patient‑care experience (exceptional candidates without experience may be considered).
• Must be 18 years or older, reliable, and compassionate.
• Ability to travel to client homes in Brattleboro and surrounding Windham County.
