Caregiver - PCA/HHA

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personal care and companionship to adults in Washington County. This part‑time, dayshift position offers weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and support range‑of‑motion exercises.
• Help with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Offer medication reminders and follow a written care plan from a registered nurse.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of professional home health or patient‑care experience (exceptional candidates without experience may be trained).
• Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience, and a commitment to quality care.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
