Caregiver for Adults and Seniors

About the role

Join BAYADA’s Assistive Care Division as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing personal care, household support, and companionship to adults and seniors in Collier, Lee, and Charlotte counties.

Key responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care from a registered nurse to assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and remind them about medication.
• Assist with range‑of‑motion exercises, ambulation, and use of mechanical lifting devices.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of verifiable caregiving experience.
• Passion for helping others, empathy, patience, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Current Level II Background Check and CPR certification with hands‑on component.
