About the role
Join BAYADA as a Caregiver – Direct Support Professional (DSP) providing one‑on‑one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes. You will help clients build confidence, develop daily life skills, and maintain independence.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily routines and personal care tasks.
- Support skill‑building activities to promote independence.
- Provide consistent encouragement, companionship, and community engagement.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18+).
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and locations within the assigned area.
