Caregiver (CNA/HCA) – Multiple Openings

About the role

Journey Nursing Services is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Care Aides (HCA) to provide hands‑on patient care in homes, facilities, or adult family homes across the North End region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care, assisting with ADLs such as grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, take vital signs, and perform delegated nursing tasks.
• Promote skin integrity, prevent pressure ulcers, and ensure proper infection‑control practices.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain patient dignity and safety.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• CNA or HCA license valid in Washington State (training can be provided on‑site).
• Good standing with Washington DSHS Background Check System.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Reliable transportation and, if providing client transport, a valid driver’s license and insurance.
