Caregiver (CNA/HCA) – 7 days/week, 8‑hour DAY shift

About the role

Journey Nursing Services seeks compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Care Aides (HCAs) for full‑time, 40‑hour per week positions providing personalized, one‑on‑one care in residential and community settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct client care, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility assistance, and companionship.
• When delegated by a RN, perform medication assistance, vital signs and blood glucose monitoring, skin care, bowel/bladder care, and feeding‑tube tasks.
• Complete Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and required documentation accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Current Washington State CNA or HCA credential.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain it.
• Reliable transportation to client locations and ability to pass background and credential checks.
