About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Homemakers and Personal Care Caregivers to provide in‑home support for clients in Lawrence and surrounding North Shore areas. You will work in your neighborhood, offering companionship, light homemaking, and personal care assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Perform light homemaking tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, food shopping, and bed making.
- Provide companionship and help maintain a safe physical environment.
- Assist with activities of daily living, range‑of‑motion exercises, transfers, and ambulation.
- Conduct basic vital sign checks and support medication assistance.
Required profile
- At least one year of verifiable work experience, preferably in a healthcare‑related field (not mandatory).
- Willingness to complete BAYADA’s paid HHA training course.
