Camunda Developer - Senior

About the role

EY's Financial Services Organization (FSO) is hiring Camunda Workflow Automation Engineers for its Service Delivery Center in Raleigh, NC or Dallas, TX. The team delivers project-based technology work and managed services to clients, helping them modernize applications and automate business processes. The role is fast-paced and requires flexibility and the ability to learn quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and model and implement BPMN workflows
• Automate decision processes using DMN and integrate enterprise applications
• Deliver scalable, reliable, highly automated business solutions across the project lifecycle, from process discovery and design to testing, deployment and production support
• Work with business analysts, architects and stakeholders to turn business processes into executable workflow solutions
• Advise on process optimization, workflow modernization and automation best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 4 years of enterprise software development experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on Camunda implementation
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders

Required skills

• Camunda BPM, BPMN 2.0, DMN, workflow orchestration and process automation
• Java and Spring Boot services for workflow execution
• REST APIs, microservices, containerization and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and automated deployment
• Unit, integration and end-to-end testing
• Nice to have: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Camunda Optimize, Operate, Tasklist and workflow monitoring
