Campaign Executive, B2B PR

About the role

TEAM LEWIS, a global marketing agency, is hiring a Campaign Executive for its B2B PR practice in Boston. The role is media-focused and also provides administrative support to the wider Account Servicing team. It covers client account management, media relations, content creation and digital/social media, with ownership of foundational tasks and proactive communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and projects, help establish TEAM LEWIS as a long-term partner, and coordinate client communication while speaking on client calls
• Brainstorm with clients, develop pitches for media outlets, and track and report account results
• Follow the news agenda, research journalists, bloggers and analysts, pitch media and coordinate interviews and press briefings
• Write thought leadership, press releases, biographies, briefing documents, media alerts, soundbites, Q&As and boilerplates, and create briefing sheets for clients
• Use social media to build networks and manage related digital activity
• Report media activity and account performance to the senior campaign team and attend training and press briefings
• Support the Account Servicing team, promote the agency's brand and support HR and talent initiatives

Required profile

• At least 1 year of full-time experience in PR, marketing or digital communications
• B2B tech or agency experience preferred
• Attention to detail, creative thinking and confident presentation skills
• Interest in print and broadcast news and current affairs
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Required skills

• Proven written ability in English and local languages
• Social media and technical writing
