Business Process Strategy Consultant

About the role

The Business Process Strategy Consultant will lead business analysis for transformational initiatives within MassMutual's Worksite Project Portfolio. You will ensure requirements are captured, analyzed, and delivered across all project phases, supporting leadership with data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current and future state business processes, creating functional requirements and user stories.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to align analysis activities with MassMutual expectations.
• Lead iterative stakeholder meetings to refine requirements and obtain approvals.
• Support program managers in roadmap planning, prioritization, and decision‑making.
• Advocate business interests in the development of strategic initiatives and ensure user experience considerations are incorporated.

Required profile

• 6+ years of business analysis or consulting experience.
• 3+ years in financial services, group life, or supplemental health insurance.
• Experience leading diverse groups to solutions and influencing decision makers.
• Ability to document and communicate complex business requirements.

Required skills

• Creation of functional requirements and business process documentation.
• Facilitation of stakeholder workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions.
