Business Operations Specialist / PDS Tech

About the role

Adecco is hiring a Business Operations Specialist (PDS Tech) in Irving, Texas. The role provides strategic leadership across delivery operations so that service remains efficient, compliant, accurate and consistent. It works closely with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, Customer Service and other partners, driving performance, technology adoption and continuous improvement. Travel to offices, client sites and onsite facilities is expected, up to 40% depending on business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers, and recommend order distribution and resource allocation based on operational data.
• Manage job board partnerships and postings, and track client attrition, retention and recruiting effectiveness.
• Support new client implementations, including onsite setup, go-live and post-go-live operations.
• Ensure operations comply with policies, contracts, laws, regulations and audit requirements, and maintain scalable processes and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee customer files, invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping and contractual audits, and CSSE tracking and reporting.
• Monitor operational and recruitment KPIs and SLAs, and present performance insights to Delivery leadership.
• Resolve invoicing, payment, account and service concerns, and improve productivity, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Run programs that improve associate retention, re-employment and candidate attraction, and lead process improvement, automation and technology adoption.
• Provide training and development, manage associate and client experience programs (rNPS, holiday programs, rewards program), and lead cross-functional communication and special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, operations, marketing or a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes, operational metrics and business performance.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and coordinate teams across business groups.
• Knowledge of leadership and coaching practices, and proven ability to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
