Aerospace Recruiter

About the role

Adecco is hiring an Aerospace Recruiter in Irving, Texas, to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-hire and direct-hire orders for a range of standards to moderately complex clients. The recruiter builds and maintains a candidate pipeline, provides excellent customer service to clients and candidates, develops new business and maintains current relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing: handle all candidates contacting the branch, manage the PDS website and digital tools to track the selection process, and coordinate recruiting events
• Recruiting: set a recruitment plan, qualify candidates against requirements, conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates on resumes and interviews, and enter and track data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Retention: build relationships with candidates and clients, identify training plans for candidates and temporary employees, and respond to inquiries and escalations
• Sales: know the Adecco Group's service portfolio, price and sell services (temporary and permanent placements), and help build knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share and competition
• Financials: understand the main drivers of gross margin (workers' comp, pay rates, regulations, taxes, benefits) and the financial objectives and status of the branch

Required profile

• At least one year of recruiting experience, preferably in the staffing industry
• ATS experience
• Knowledge of job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed and ZipRecruiter
• Ability to interpret employment laws and regulations, and to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines

Required skills

• Effective verbal and written communication and relationship building
• Problem-solving and quick adaptation to change
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Anticipated annual base salary of $62,353.20-$87,633, plus incentive compensation
