Business Operations Lead

About the role

As a Business Operations lead at Rilla, you will shape frameworks, systems, and processes that keep the fast‑growing startup moving at its renowned speed. You’ll work directly with leadership and embed yourself across engineering, product, sales, and go‑to‑market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with teams across Rilla to identify bottlenecks, design and implement scalable processes.
• Transform messy, manual, or missing workflows into automated systems using CRMs, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, pinpoint inefficiencies, and create solutions that improve company‑wide efficiency.
• Manage systems access, granting and revoking permissions as needed.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years in strategy consulting, business operations, finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a mastery of Excel/Sheets modeling.
• Comfortable working in fast‑changing, high‑growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.
• High ownership, low ego, and willingness to tackle both strategic projects and detailed execution.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Experience with workflow automation and business intelligence tools.
