Business Development Representative

About the role

Rain is the world’s first AI Financial Health Platform and is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective employer partners. This role owns the top of the sales funnel and generates high‑quality opportunities for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social platforms.
• Research and personalize outreach to demonstrate relevance to each target account and persona.
• Qualify leads using structured criteria and schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives.
• Achieve or exceed KPIs such as meetings held, pipeline generated, and outreach activity levels.
• Maintain precise CRM hygiene and track all activities and lead progression.
• Test and iterate on messaging, sequencing, and tactics to improve results.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, RevOps and other cross‑functional partners.
• Participate in coaching, training, and peer‑learning initiatives.

Required profile
