Business Development Representative

About the role

Join Rillet’s fast‑growing GTM team as a Business Development Representative. You will work closely with the Head of GTM and Business Development Manager to build and scale the sales pipeline, shaping the go‑to‑market strategy for a $1B‑valued AI‑native ERP platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and iterate on outbound playbooks, testing messaging, channels, and unconventional outreach tactics.
• Lead personalized outreach to high‑priority finance and accounting decision‑makers, converting leads into qualified opportunities.
• Partner with GTM teammates to provide feedback on MQLs, campaign performance, and pipeline growth.
• Qualify prospects, run discovery calls, and guide them through early evaluation stages.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development or a customer‑facing role at a top‑tier SaaS startup or leading accounting/consulting firm.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong understanding of financial operations and accounting concepts.
• Proactive, action‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with GTM, product, and leadership teams.
