Business Development Representative

About the role

Reducto is seeking an early‑member Business Development Representative to own outbound strategy and generate pipeline as the company scales rapidly. The role offers a clear path to an Account Executive position within a high‑growth, AI‑focused startup.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute creative outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Set up and optimize new lead‑generation channels through content and marketing experiments.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, track experiments, and report results.
• Support deals from initial contact through close and create resonant content for technical decision‑makers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a BDR or in a growth role, preferably selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Scrappy, tenacious, and able to devise and test new outreach channels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with technical audiences.
• Highly organized and process‑oriented, ensuring clean CRM data.

Required skills

• Experience selling AI/ML or developer tools (explicitly mentioned).
• Familiarity with outbound sales best practices and tools.
