Business Development Manager – Refreshment Services

About the role

The Business Development Manager for Refreshment Services will lead the acquisition of new corporate and institutional accounts across micro‑markets, vending, coffee, pantry, and water‑filtration solutions. This is a full‑cycle, hunter‑type position focused on prospecting, solution design, proposal management and contract negotiation to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan targeting ideal customer profiles in corporate and institutional markets.
• Generate a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and industry events.
• Conduct consultative discovery to design tailored refreshment solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
• Lead end‑to‑end proposal and RFP processes, including pricing strategy and competitive positioning.
• Negotiate profitable contracts and ensure seamless handoff to operations teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting and pipeline coverage of at least three times quota.
• Collaborate with Operations, Culinary and Category teams to guarantee successful implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of B2B new‑business sales experience in refreshment or facility‑service solutions.
• Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce or equivalent.
• Advanced use of Microsoft 365 tools.
