About the role

Premier Roofing is seeking motivated, field‑based sales professionals to generate roofing, siding, and gutter projects after storm damage. You will work directly with homeowners, guiding them through the insurance claim process and delivering restoration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑affected neighborhoods to identify damaged properties and introduce Premier’s services.
• Meet homeowners on‑site, inspect damage, and build trust to secure a follow‑up conversation.
• Educate homeowners on insurance options and support them through claim filing and approval.
• Schedule inspections, coordinate with the production team, and oversee projects to completion.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and ongoing skill‑development programs.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Willingness to learn roofing fundamentals, insurance processes, and sales techniques.
