Residential Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a quota‑driven Residential Sales Specialist who thrives on prospecting, relationship building, and closing high‑value deals in the home‑improvement and roofing market. If you enjoy hunting for new business rather than waiting for leads, this role offers a blend of self‑generated pipeline and company‑provided warm leads.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage your own territory pipeline through door‑to‑door prospecting, referrals, networking, and territory development.
• Close high‑quality, company‑generated leads using our proven sales process and CRM.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inspection through insurance claim to signed contract.
• Achieve monthly quota and pipeline targets consistently.
• Participate in company training, coaching, and career‑growth programs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven, quota‑driven outside sales success, preferably in home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance‑claims.
• Comfortable with prospecting and building a personal business pipeline.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Tech‑savvy with experience using CRM tools and mobile sales applications.

• Base salary plus commission (total $135,000‑$175,000 per year).
