Sales Representative – AI-Proof Storm Restoration (1099)

About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company that helps homeowners navigate insurance claims and restore damaged roofs, siding, and gutters. As a field Sales Representative you will meet homeowners in storm‑affected neighborhoods, assess damage, and guide them through the restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑impacted areas to identify property damage and introduce Premier Roofing services.
• Meet with homeowners, conduct on‑site inspections, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections, coordinate with the production team, and follow projects through to completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in the field.
• Comfortable managing a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends during storm season.

Required skills

• Roofing inspection and damage assessment.
• Understanding of insurance claim procedures.
