Business Development Manager – Outside Sales (Houston)

About the role

Radley is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to join its outside‑sales team in Houston. You will focus on generating new construction‑industry business, closing deals, and handing projects over to account executives for delivery while nurturing client relationships for future referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with large construction projects such as apartment complexes, hospitals, and high‑rise buildings.
• Generate leads through multiple sales strategies, referrals, and networking partners.
• Introduce account executives and Radley’s proven processes to new clients.
• Attend industry workshops, networking events, and social gatherings to build long‑term relationships.
• Maintain and expand revenue streams within existing client accounts.

Required profile

• Experience in outside sales, business development, or project management within a commercial or construction environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Self‑motivated, driven, and highly organized with excellent time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in Outlook.

• Base salary of $85,000 plus car allowance, uncapped commissions, annual bonus and other performance incentives.
