Enterprise Business Development Manager – Health, Beauty & Wellness

About the role

Groupon is expanding its Health, Beauty & Wellness vertical nationwide. The Enterprise Business Development Manager will acquire new‑logo enterprise merchants—nationwide chains and multi‑market operators—turning prospects into long‑term, revenue‑generating partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct disciplined B2B outreach to high‑value nationwide and multi‑market prospects using personal networks, research, and lead pipelines.
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle: source, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with C‑suite stakeholders.
• Structure and negotiate complex deal terms (pricing, margin, availability, contract) within Enterprise guidelines.
• Collaborate with Merchant Success to ensure smooth activation and momentum post‑close.
• Present strategic proposals and industry insights to win deals.
• Navigate service‑package nuances, appointment‑based availability, and multi‑location pricing.
• Use AI tools daily for prospecting, research, and outreach drafting; build automations and agents to scale work.
• Communicate industry trends to leadership to shape the HBW roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling enterprise solutions to nationwide or multi‑market merchants.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage complex contract structures.
• Comfortable engaging C‑suite executives and understanding their business drivers.
• Ability to translate industry insights into actionable strategies.

Required skills

• AI tools fluency (e.g., Claude Cowork, Claude Code)
• Experience building automations and AI agents for sales processes
