Business Development Manager - Healthcare

About the role

Envirogen Technologies is expanding its healthcare business and is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales of its EndoTherm healthcare water purification systems across North America. The role is remote and targets the North Eastern US, Texas and Southern California, and focuses on helping hospitals meet the AAMI ST108 standard.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with hospitals, independent diagnostic networks, sterile processing departments and endoscopy clinics.
• Build relationships with Facilities Directors, Sterile Processing Managers, Infection Prevention teams and healthcare executives.
• Lead opportunities from prospecting through proposal, negotiation and close.
• Position EndoTherm as the preferred solution for compliance, operational efficiency and risk reduction.
• Drive recurring revenue through service, maintenance and monitoring agreements.
• Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.

Required profile

• Experience in healthcare, medical device, capital equipment or technical sales.
• Experience selling into hospitals or healthcare systems.
• Strong business development and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Self-motivated, commercial and driven by growth.
